In a blender puree 2 cups seedless watermelon cubes until smooth.

Makes 1 1/4 cups.

Hibiscus Syrup Recipe

In a small saucepan bring 1/2 cup water to boiling.

Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.

Stir in 1/2 cup agave syrup.

Cover and steep 20 minutes; strain.

Chill until ready to use.

Makes 3/4 cup syrup.
