This isnt the first time Costco put their rotisserie chickens in plastic bags.
Theyve been doing it in Canada for over a year, and there havent been many complaints.

Also, for what its worth, Ive never seen any of the shelves with stains like this.
So, likely, whatever the issue is can be fixed.
