2 and Orange B, with the restriction taking effect within the next few months.
The FDA plans to work closely with companies to provide viable alternatives.

“For companies currently combining petroleum-based yellow chemical and red dyes together, try carrot juice.”
Additionally, the FDA will quickly authorize new natural dyes and continue to review others as soon as possible.
