What Is Croissant Brittle?

I originally spotted croissant brittle on a super-popular (and super-tempting) Instagram Reel on the @crowded_kitchenaccount.
We started making croissant brittle in August 2017.
Its crispy, caramelized, and the perfect use for day-old croissants!
(Remember thatfood trend?!)
Sure, you could add several more elements to layer on more flavor.
I cooked this, stirring occasionally, over medium-low heat until the sugar dissolved.
(Save the excess for bread crumbs or snacking while you bake.)
Then it was time to quickly dip the croissant slices in the sweetened milk.
If you soak for too long, use your hand to gently squeeze excess moisture out of the croissant.

The result was, just as commenters teased, yummy!
