Arrange bottoms of rolls in a 13x9-inch baking pan or 3-qt.
In a bowl combine the next four ingredients (through pickled jalapeno peppers).
Spoon onto roll bottoms.
Top with cheese and roll tops.
In a bowl combine the next four ingredients (through black pepper).
Bake, covered, 15 minutes.
Uncover; bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted and roll tops are light brown.
Make Ahead
Assemble the sandwiches and do not drizzle with butter mixture.
Cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.
Drizzle and bake as directed.
