Ingredients
1(12-oz.)
Remember to throw a jalapeno in the freezer while youre at it.
Assemble
Use a Microplane to grate the frozen jalapeno onto a cutting board.
Take a few big sips of the Topo Chico to make room for the other ingredients.
Serve
Use a lime wedge to wet the rim and the side of the bottle.
Sprinkle with Tajin to the best of your ability.
This is messy and extremely optional, but Tajin lovers like me will understand.
