Here’s how she does it.

I add cucumbers and cherry tomatoes to that combo and it makes me think spring is around the corner.

For starting off the day right, Miller turns to our very own Test Kitchen’s recipes.

“I love thehigh protein waffles we created for BHG,” she says.

“This way you’re really leaning into the cheese flavornot pretending it’s something it’s not.”

Then add in frozen fruit or melted chocolate, and blend just enough to combine.

Place it in a mason jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.

When you’re ready to eat, crumble some graham crackers on top for texture and crunch.

This gets you around 10 to 15 grams of protein and a mouthwatering sweet treat!
