Generously coat a 2-quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl combine crushed crackers, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Stir in milk, egg, and melted butter.
Stir in frozen corn.
Bake and Garnish
Pour corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
If desired, sprinkle with parsley.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator if frozen.
