<p>Leah Chester-Davis writes extensively about gardening, food, and farm topics. She founded and edited an award-winning gardening publication, Extension's Successful Gardener, for N.C. State University, which she edited for 10 years. Later, she edited "The Successful Gardener Guide," published by Blair Publisher. She has completed the Master Gardener certification training, and the past 10 years has used her extensive training in using research-based information and proven research-based techniques to write gardening articles and content for plant nurseries, corporate publications, and media outlets.</p>
