I can’t believe I’ve never had sauteed scallions on a sandwich before.
They’re absolutely delicious and add just the right amount of oniony flavor without being too sharp or overpowering.
The creamy mayo and avocado pair well with the crusty toasted bread.
Like Stedman, I think I’ll be craving this sandwich every Saturday afternoon.
