Ingredients

1Tbsp.olive oil

2cupsraw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Toss pepitas and olive oil in a bowl to coat.

Spread pepitas evenly in a 1510-inch baking pan.

Bake, stirring once, until pepitas are toasted and golden, 12 to 15 minutes.

Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
