First you’ll beat the butter, sugar, and spices together until well combined.
Next you’ll bring your water to a boil and add the rum.
Top with a generous scoop of the butter mixture and finish with fluffywhipped cream.

Assemble Cocktail
In a large saucepan bring water to a boil.
Remove from heat; add rum and butter mixture to saucepan.
Stir until butter is melted.
