Hash Brown Casserole

)canreduced-fat and reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup

)cartonlight sour cream

12(30-oz.)pkg.

(about4cups)frozen shredded hash brown potatoes

1cupdiced cooked ham

1cupcubed American cheese(4oz.)

14cupchopped onion

18tsp.ground black pepper

1cupcornflakes

3Tbsp.butter, melted

Directions

Assemble Casserole

Preheat ovento 350F.

In a large bowl, combine soup and sour cream.

Stir in frozen potatoes, ham, cheese, onion, and pepper.

Transfer mixture to an ungreased 2-quart square baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine cornflakes and melted butter.

Sprinkle over potato mixture.

Bake and Serve

Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 55 minutes or until bubbly.
