It includes canned pumpkin in the batter, plus fall spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground ginger.
For an even faster breakfast, start with aboxed pancake mixand stir in canned pumpkin.
Then, stir in about 12 cup of canned pumpkin.
To make the batter a little sweeter, consider adding a few teaspoons of sugar or brown sugar.
And to really amp up the pumpkin flavor, add a dash of pumpkin spice.
Once your batter is stirred up, cook the pancakes on the stovetop like normal.
Flip the pancakes as they turn golden brown and when the surface starts to bubble.
