In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
Stir in chocolate pieces, 3/4 cup potato chips, toffee bits, and pretzels.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons (or a #40 scoop) 2-inches apart onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are just light brown.
Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
Transfer to wire racks and let cool.
