Meanwhile, grease and lightly flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan (Bundt); set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl set aside.
Preheat oven to 325F.
Gradually add sugar, 2 Tbsp.

Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Cool in pan on wire rack 15 minutes.
Cool thoroughly on wire rack about 2 hours.
