What Are Cabbage Rolls?
Cabbage rolls are made with softened cabbage leaves that are stuffed with a meat and rice mixture.

Ingredients
4cups1/2-inch slices cabbage
12oz.lean ground beef
1(14.5-oz.
)pouchcooked white or brown rice, such as Uncle Ben’s
1(14.5-oz.
slow cooker combine first eight ingredients (through allspice), stirring to break up meat.
Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or high 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Knead rice pouch to break up rice.
Stir rice and remaining ingredients into cabbage mixture.
Cover and cook 30 minutes more.
