Who doesn’t love slow cooker dips?

This spicy dip is super creamy, but also has a helping of protein.

Get ready to dip carrot sticks and celery into this slow cooker party food!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

3cupschopped cooked chicken

1(8-oz.

)pkg.reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), cubed

1(8-oz.

)containerlight sour cream

1cupBuffalo wing sauce

12cupcrumbled blue cheeseorshredded Monterrey Jackorcheddar cheese(2oz.)

Transfer to a 1 1/2- or 2-quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Tips

For cooked chicken, preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves; reduce heat to medium.

Cook 15 to 18 minutes or until done (165F), turning occasionally.
