Ingredients

12oz.cooked andouille sausageorkielbasa

1pt.miniature bell peppersor2largeyellow and/or orange bell peppers

1(15- to 16-oz.

)canred kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1(14.5-oz.

Halve, stem, and seed the miniature peppers.

If using large peppers, stem, seed, and coarsely chop.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or on LOW for 4 hours.
