Blue is certainly the most appropriate color choice for your bathroom design.

We hope you get all of the inspiration that you need for your very own bathroom redesign project!

The Fish Scale Bathroom

Were starting off this collection super strong with this bathroom design.

This room consists of a very pastel, subtle shade of blue on the walls.

This room manages to be cohesive, fun, classic, and unique all in one.

I cant find a single thing that I would change about this beautiful and kitschy bathroom.

Theres also blue tiling on the floor to almost make you feel like youre underwater.

This mariner’s themed bathroom is so tastefully done and can bring joy every morning and night for years to come.

Everything else in the room is a clean white color, and I adore the use of gold hardware.

It brings a feel of elegance and also provides a wonderful pop of color.

The purple orchid is simply the perfect contrast to the blue, completely tying the room together.

This aquamarine bathroom look is one of the most funky and amazing bathrooms that I have ever seen.

This bathroom is neat, dramatic, ergonomic, and super unique.

Id consider myself lucky to wake up to this bathroom every morning!

Starting with the flooring, you cant go wrong with deep sapphire blue tiles for so many reasons.

This choice of blue tile is one of the best in this collection. It is the most gorgeous shade of blue, bringing about a feeling of serenity and relaxation.

Theyre elegant, they hide any dirt or dust, and its a color that is timeless.

But they didnt stop there!

Hexagonal tiles with random color pop tiles brings a little funk to the room, which is always welcome.

Simplicity speaks for itself and this bathroom with blue-tiled walls and simple flooring does so in spades.

We have almost office-style cabinets topped with a classic double sink feature.

I find the corner shower stall so adorable with its mini bathtub set over top and clear shower walls.

10s across the board for this bathroom design!

There’s something incredibly mystical about this bathroom design. Though I usually crave some bright windows in my bathroom, there is something quite appealing to the dark mood of this one.

We have patterned tiles complimentary featured in the shower stall and as the backsplash for the sink area.

Despite this being a smaller sized bathroom, the designer was wonderfully smart in utilizing the space.

This bathroom is not only beautiful, but its ergonomic as well.

With its blue-tiled steps and sunken bath tub, this bathroom gives the illusion of a swimming pool.

This bathroom is a great representation of how to do this throw in of design very well.

It also kind of makes one feel like theyre inside a giant shower room.

The look of this blue tile brings a kind of bohemian-classic type of feel, as the tile is both elegant and eccentric at the same time.

Using white for the rest of the features allows for so much room to play around with accessories.

This simple bathroom design is thanks toPascali Semerdjian Architects.

This bathroom is neat, dramatic, ergonomic, and super unique.

The Maritimers Dream Bathroom

Here we have a bathroom design that appeals to the whole family!

There are aspects of it that are modest and classic and others that are wonderfully fun for kids.

This room is designed byEclipse Designs by Rhona Chartouni.

This room manages to be cohesive, fun, classic, and unique all in one.

The Water World Bathroom

Theres something incredibly mystical about this bathroom design.

I think the designer knew exactly what they were doing when they chose this blue tile..

Wooden elements bring a much needed element of warmth, while high end white appliances are perfectly modern.

Gorgeous bathroom design with aquamarine tiling

Its rare to see hardwood flooring in bathrooms, which is odd since it feels so cozy!

I have also never before seen a stainless steel bathtub.

Its fun, unique, and makes for an incredible bathroom design.

We’re starting off this collection super strong with this bathroom design. This room manages to be cohesive, fun, classic, and unique all in one. I can’t find a single thing that I would change about this beautiful and kitschy bathroom. Starting with the most obvious element, we have incredible subdued cerulean blue fish scale tile that are lining the bottom half of the room that fade into white. There’s also blue tiling on the floor to almost make you feel like you’re underwater. Everything else in the room is a clean white color, and I adore the use of gold hardware. It brings a feel of elegance and also provides a wonderful pop of color. The purple orchid is simply the perfect contrast to the blue, completely tying the room together. This bathroom design is courtesy of BAAO Architects, and you can see the rest of the house design right here.

The Modern Meets Rustic Bathroom

This bathroom is a blend of the old and modern, urban and rustic.

What I love most about this bathroom is the unique shape of it.

The Ethereal Blue Bathroom

This choice of blue tile is one of the best in this collection.

Here we see another bathroom design that is using super fun and colorful tiles as the centrepiece feature of the room. This bathroom is neat, dramatic, ergonomic, and super unique. I’d consider myself lucky to wake up to this bathroom every morning! Starting with the flooring, you can’t go wrong with deep sapphire blue tiles for so many reasons. They’re elegant, they hide any dirt or dust, and it’s a color that is timeless. But they didn’t stop there! Hexagonal tiles with random color pop tiles brings a little funk to the room, which is always welcome. We have almost office-style cabinets topped with a classic double sink feature. I find the corner shower stall so adorable with it’s mini bathtub set over top and clear shower walls. 10’s across the board for this bathroom design! This is courtesy of BAAO Architects and you can see the rest of the home right over here.

It is the most gorgeous shade of blue, bringing about a feeling of serenity and relaxation.

Not to mention they have the slightest texture to them, really softening up the blue.

This is a modern and stylish bathroom with exquisite taste.

We’re switching gears a little bit with this bathroom and moving away from the more fun and funky features and into the classics. This bathroom features wonderful tile selections, stainless steel hardware and a beautiful shade of blue plaint for the cabinetry. The designer chose lighter marble tiling for the flooring and shower walls, as well as that sweet little shower seat for those who just need a long shower. We have patterned tiles complimentary featured in the shower stall and as the backsplash for the sink area.

The Blue Edwardian Bathroom

In the classic Edwardian style, this bathroom focuses more on function rather than frippery.

The powder blue, triangular wall is yet another characteristic of Edwardian era houses.

The curtains next to the sink I do not understand, but hey, whatever floats your boat!

With its blue-tiled steps and sunken bath tub, this bathroom gives the illusion of a swimming pool. The window next to the bathtub shows a stunning view of the outside, making this bathroom the perfect place for a relaxing spa-like afternoon. Despite this being a smaller sized bathroom, the designer was wonderfully smart in utilizing the space. Building a tub directly in the wall is a huge space saver, making room for not a single but a double vanity! This bathroom is not only beautiful, but it’s ergonomic as well. This design is courtesy of  BFDO Architects.

Simple white appliances look perfect against hardwood cabinetry, while cement flooring is gorgeously contrasted against that whacky tile.

This is an amazing room.

A perfect suburban bathroom for a perfect suburban home.

Now I really love it when a bathroom uses the same tile for both the floor and the wall, but it’s particularly adventurous to use such a vibrantly patterned tile in this way! This bathroom is a great representation of how to do this type of design very well.  The look of this blue tile brings a kind of bohemian-classic type of feel, as the tile is both elegant and eccentric at the same time. It also kind of makes one feel like they’re inside a giant shower room. Every other aspect of the bathroom is clean and white, with a beautiful pop of color coming from the vase of flowers. This design is courtesy of Ganna Design.

The Arctic Blue and Warm Wood Bathroom

Now this is an incredibly special room.

If I had this bathroom I would probably never leave it.

Two, gorgeous black tile for the flooring contrasts to beautifully next to the powder blue textured tiles.

Simplicity speaks for itself and this bathroom with blue-tiled walls and simple flooring does so in spades. The room is free from clutter and is made of clean lines, but the lovely blue colors of the walls balance what would have been a stark room. I particularly love this choice of blue tile because it is functional, it’s fun but not too loud, and there are so many complimentary colors that you could pair with it. Using white for the rest of the features allows for so much room to play around with accessories. This simple bathroom design is thanks to Pascali Semerdjian Architects.

This blue tile is truly the most stunning that Ive ever seen.

The floor has a zig-zig pattern in a woodsy color.

Here we have a bathroom design that appeals to the whole family! There are aspects of it that are modest and classic and others that are wonderfully fun for kids. This mariner’s themed bathroom is so tastefully done and can bring joy every morning and night for years to come.Using navy and white mini tiles to create various patterns not only really brings the theme home, but it also brings a lovely sense of texture to the space. I particularly love how the ceiling is painted with night time themed mural, which will surely make bath time a joy. This room is designed by Eclipse Designs by Rhona Chartouni.

Thedesignis guaranteed to wake up the artist inside you.

My only qualm is the very odd placement decision for that swing.

But again, whatever floats your boat!

There’s something incredibly mystical about this bathroom design. Though I usually crave some bright windows in my bathroom, there is something quite appealing to the dark mood of this one. I think the designer knew exactly what they were doing when they chose this blue tile..The way the lights are bouncing off of these incredible slate tiles makes it look like rippling water, and the fact that they’re used both on the floor and walls really make you feel like you’re underwater. Wooden elements bring a much needed element of warmth, while high end white appliances are perfectly modern.

This is just because the designer chose two very bold tile patterns and colors and combined them.

Everything else is perfectly minimal.

I personally love fun tiling, and checkerboard tiles happen to be one of my absolute favorites.

This has to be one of my favorite bathrooms in this collection, and it also happens to have elements in it that I have never seen before in my life. It’s rare to see hardwood flooring in bathrooms, which is odd since it feels so cozy! I have also never before seen a stainless steel bathtub. It makes me wonder if you’d end up feeling like a boiled lobster at the end of your bath, but I’m willing to give it a go! I also adore how the same blue tiling is used not for the floors, but the walls and countertop! It’s fun, unique, and makes for an incredible bathroom design.

Pairing the checkerboard with the deep blue is funky and bold.

The Blue Shadows Bathroom

This bathroom uses blue colors that taper more towards the shadowy side.

You always need a little bit of texture in the room which we get with this fuzzy bath mat!

This bathroom is a blend of the old and modern, urban and rustic. The room has beautiful pale blue walls, white tiling and dark blue toilet cover, which is in stark contrast to the wooden step stool next to the bathroom and a wicker basket below the sink. What I love most about this bathroom is the unique shape of it. The fact that the bath tub is tucked away in its own room is so cozy, and there’s tons of space between the toilet, shower area, and vanity. The tiling is particularly beautiful and antique looking, and the blue accent walls adds a great pop of freshness.

This is truly an extravagant room not only in size but in style.

Put your plants in the bathroom!

They love the humidity!

This choice of blue tile is one of the best in this collection. It is the most gorgeous shade of blue, bringing about a feeling of serenity and relaxation. Not to mention they have the slightest texture to them, really softening up the blue. Modern cabinetry pairs wonderfully with the blue, while clever lighting makes it feel like natural light is streaming into the room while there aren’t actually any windows. This is a modern and stylish bathroom with exquisite taste.

The Uraniun Blue Bathroom

I think that this has to be one of my favorite color combinations yet.

The super delicate greenish blue looks simply stunning next to the dark hardwood cabinets.

This is truly a remarkable bathroom that anyone would be happy in!

In the classic Edwardian style, this bathroom focuses more on function rather than frippery. The powder blue, triangular wall is yet another characteristic of Edwardian era houses. However, it is not lacking in style with its violet towels and lovely warm lamps brightening up the room. This is the bathroom for you if you’re into the vintage look - with a pedestal sink, clawfoot tub, and A frame ceiling, there’s something very special and one-of-a-kind about this bathroom. The curtains next to the sink I do not understand, but hey, whatever floats your boat!

The other half is juxtaposed by deep turquoise tiles that surround the bathtub.

I never would have thought to pair this kind of greenish-blue with teak wood, but it looks gorgeous.

Its vintage but also modern, mid century modern simplicity, and impeccably stylish.

This aquamarine bathroom look is one of the most funky and amazing bathrooms that I have ever seen. It is so remarkably simple but impactful, just by using an interesting color for tiles and a uniquely shaped cabinet.  There are only so many elements in this bathroom, and despite the fact that they are each so contrasting, they seem to be working in perfect cohesion. Simple white appliances look perfect against hardwood cabinetry, while cement flooring is gorgeously contrasted against that whacky tile. This is an amazing room.

One of my favorites.

The soft shades are enhanced by the natural lighting coming from the open windows above the bath tub.

This room is wonderfully dainty and classic.

Unlike the previous bathroom style, this room consists of a very pastel, subtle shade of blue on the walls. What’s so great about it is that it has a skylight, which gives you the view of the night sky from the bathtub, or the day if you like to have baths during the day (like I do!) This is a very classic bathroom with limestone tiles, pastel wall paint, cream colored trim, and fantastic corner jacuzzi tub, and an neat and tiny double vanity to tie everything together. A perfect suburban bathroom for a perfect suburban home.

The Elegant Blue Bathroom

The bathroom is extremely elegant with its immaculate white bath tub and fixtures.

The slate blue color on the walls further enhances its elegance and refinement.

The bath tub located beneath the windows has silver legs and harkens back to the Victorian era.

Now this is an incredibly special room. Not only because of the strange shape and the way that it is so intelligently used, but because of the absolutely stunning tile choices. If I had this bathroom I would probably never leave it.  Number one, setting the bathtub into the little skylight nook feels so cozy yet expansive as you get a view of the sky while you’re soaking. Two, gorgeous black tile for the flooring contrasts to beautifully next to the powder blue textured tiles. This blue tile is truly the most stunning that I’ve ever seen.

This bathroom is a blend of Victorian and modern design.

Just add a textured bath mat and some hanging plants in there and youre in heaven!

There is even a mirror above the bath tub!

This stunning ultra-modern bathroom is painted beautifully; ultra-marine blue on the walls, matched by the colors of its adjoining bedroom. The floor has a zig-zig pattern in a woodsy color. The design is guaranteed to wake up the artist inside you. It’s rather unrealistic for most people to have a room design this cohesive, but for people who are into that kind of thing this room must be their ultimate dream. My only qualm is the very odd placement decision for that swing. But again, whatever floats your boat!

I find this to be a very cleverly designed bathroom for several reasons.

Not to mention that heated towel rack!

Anyone would be wonderfully relaxed in this room.

Despite the fact that this bathroom is very simple in essence, it’s actually quite impactful! This is just because the designer chose two very bold tile patterns and colors and combined them. Everything else is perfectly minimal. I personally love fun tiling, and checkerboard tiles happen to be one of my absolute favorites. Pairing the checkerboard with the deep blue is funky and bold.

The vanity, flooring and half the walls of thiseclectic bathroomare in a deep shade of indigo.

The white fixtures and the above half of the wall stop the blue from becoming too overwhelming.

Things are so minimal these days, so its always fun to find something unique.

This bathroom uses blue colors that taper more towards the shadowy side. The several pots of fern plants are a refreshing, lively addition to the predominantly white, indigo, violet, silver and sapphire shades of the bathroom. You always need a little bit of texture in the room which we get with this fuzzy bath mat! This is truly an extravagant room not only in size but in style. Slanted ceilings with skylights hanging over the gorgeous custom bathtub looks incredible next to incorporation of tons of healthy plants. Put your plants in the bathroom! They love the humidity!

The Pewter Blue Luxury Bathroom

This is a beautiful bathroom.

Very classic in design but modern in execution, this bathroom just exudes luxury and style.

The Cerulean Bathroom

Once again, this bathroom looks like it belongs underwater.

I think that this has to be one of my favorite color combinations yet. The super delicate greenish blue looks simply stunning next to the dark hardwood cabinets. I find it’s super well designed in that the tub is tucked right in beside the vanity and the shower room.  The space saving is genius, the colors are genius, and using textured and muticolored tiles for the bathtub siding brings a bit of uniqueness and fun. This is truly a remarkable bathroom that anyone would be happy in!

The beautiful designs above reflect a wide variety of styles, elegance and personality.

Whats your favorite blue bathroom?

Half of the bathroom has taken inspiration from Japanese culture, from the simple wooden sink shelf and the porcelain bowl to the sprigs of flowers in tall, slim, black vase. The other half is juxtaposed by deep turquoise tiles that surround the bathtub. This is very similar to another bathroom that we’ve already seen in this collection, but I’m not sorry about it! I never would have thought to pair this kind of greenish-blue with teak wood, but it looks gorgeous. It’s vintage but also modern, mid century modern simplicity, and impeccably stylish. One of my favorites.

This bathroom is super-feminine with its pale aquamarine walls and the many fripperies on top of the towel closet. The soft shades are enhanced by the natural lighting coming from the open windows above the bath tub. This room is wonderfully dainty and classic. From the antique wardrobe with perfectly matching linens, the quaint clawfoot tub and adorable little garbage can.. No single part of this room was tossed in there or forgotten about. A frilly dream!

This bathroom is super-feminine with its pale aquamarine walls and the many fripperies on top of the towel closet. The soft shades are enhanced by the natural lighting coming from the open windows above the bath tub.

Though I’ll admit, this isn’t the most incredible bathroom in the collection, I do find that there is something rather charming about it. With the unique shape you can just imagine that the rest of the home has some real character to it. We have nothing but simple and white appliances and very light blue paint, but the shape of the bathroom makes it feel wonderfully cozy. Just add a textured bath mat and some hanging plants in there and you’re in heaven!

This bathroom is super-feminine with its pale aquamarine walls and the many fripperies on top of the towel closet. The soft shades are enhanced by the natural lighting coming from the open windows above the bath tub.

If this bathroom wanted to make a statement for the color indigo, it certainly did. The vanity, flooring and half the walls of this eclectic bathroom are in a deep shade of indigo. The white fixtures and the above half of the wall stop the blue from becoming too overwhelming. This is one of the boldest bathrooms that I’ve ever seen, and I simply adore it when a designer isn’t afraid to do something that’s a little bit too much! Things are so minimal these days, so it’s always fun to find something unique.

This is a beautiful bathroom. Very classic in design but modern in execution, this bathroom just exudes luxury and style. Many of the blues we’ve seen in this collection have been very bright or pastel, so it’s nice to find of that is a bit more subdued, but still just as effective. The choice of blue looks gorgeous against the ivory trim, which in turn looks gorgeous with the wooden siding found on the bathtub. My favorite part of this room is actually the gorgeous window set above the bathtub, making it the perfect place for humidity loving plants like orchids.

Once again, this bathroom looks like it belongs underwater. The ocean blue tiles in the walls, floor and fixtures reflect the colors of the sea, making this room a very serene and relaxing place to be.
